KeepSafe Storage gained planning approval from the City of Stirling for a state of the art self-storage facility in Aug 2014.
Construction is due to commence in January 2015 with the opening planned for September 2015.
The facility will offer a cost effective solution to our customers varied storage requirements, as well as a range of associated support services related to moving and storing.
The state-of-the-art facility will have in excess of 650 self-storage units ranging from 1m2 up to 24m2.
The facility will be built at 46 Ledgar Rd Balcatta and has been designed to offer a premium level of service to both residential and commercial customers in suburbs ranging from Trigg, North Beach and Marmion to the West, Carine, Duncraig and Warwick to the North, Mirrabooka and Malaga to the East, and Karrinyup and Nollamara to the South.
Secure Access to the self-storage facility is via a pin coded (or smart phone) automated gate. Our customers will then make use of the all-weather loading bay, a huge 600+m2 undercover loading area to ensure that our customers can pack, unpack and gain access to their stored items without having to endure driving rain, 40 degree direct sunlight or darkness. The all-weather loading bay offers real benefits to our customers.
The facility will be open 7 days a week and will also provide out-of-office-hours access via smart phone or pin code.
KeepSafe Storage is owned and operated by the KBH Group of Companies. The group owns and/or manages various businesses including Coastal Storage Units Mandurah, Pier 21 Marina in North Fremantle and Box Corporation in Booragoon. KeepSafe Storage recently commenced construction on a similar facility at 295 Stock Rd O’Connor. The O’Connor facility is due to open in March 2015.
