From our initial engagement it was obvious that the level of due diligence they undertake was at a level we hadn’t seen with other investment opportunities. We were particularly pleased with the conservative approach to forecasts and deep understanding of the risks that could potentially eventuate. It was obvious from the start that they treat your money like their own as they have significant skin in the game.
Since the investment was made it has exceeded our expectations in both performance and delivery. The Construction phase was well managed and minimised our commercial exposure to builders, banks and other parties. During the operations phase the KPI’s have all been exceeded which has been particularly pleasing during different cycles of the economy. The reporting and payment of dividend’s is always timely and extremely professional.
