Our Waroona facility has an NLA (nett lettable area) of 1,965m2, comprising of a selection of drive-up units of various sizes and has two separate hardstand areas for vehicle storage. The facility has excellent exposure with a section of road frontage on the South Western Highway.
KeepSafe Storage (Exmouth)
Our Exmouth facility has an NLA (nett lettable area) of 1,193m2 , comprising a selection of medium to large drive-up units and small area of hardstand bays for vehicle storage. This facility services all towns and communities in North West Cape area of WA.
KeepSafe Storage (Joondalup)
Our Joondalup facility has a NLA (net lettable area) of 9,213m2 comprising of a drive through undercover loading area, offering a combination of drive up units, internal ground floor units and 4 upper levels serviced by 3 modern commercial lifts.
KeepSafe Storage (O’Connor)
Our O’Connor facility has an NLA (nett lettable area) of 6,261m2, comprising of an undercover loading area leading into a ground floor and 3 upper levels serviced by modern commercial lifts.
