KeepSafe Storage (Welshpool)
Our Welshpool facility has an NLA (nett lettable area) of 8,166m2, comprising of a drive through undercover loading area, offering a combination of drive up units, internal ground floor units and 2 upper levels serviced by modern commercial lifts, and a large hardstand area for vehicle storage.

We were particularly pleased with the conservative approach to forecasts and deep understanding of the risks that could potentially eventuate. Since the investment was made it has exceeded our expectations in both performance and delivery. The Construction phase was well managed and minimised our commercial exposure to builders, banks and other parties.
