Our Welshpool Self Storage facility has an NLA (nett lettable area) of 6,918m², comprising of a selection of drive-up units, internal ground floor units and one upper level serviced by modern commercial hoists, and a small hardstand area for vehicle storage.

This facility has five stages of security for customer peace of mind, including CCTV and individually alarmed units.

Welshpool Self Storage was acquired in July 2017 and we immediately implemented an upgrade development of the facility, and subsequently
managed to exceed 85% occupancy within 9 months.

This facility is strategically located on the corner of Leech Highway and Welshpool road and services the areas in Perth CBD and south east of the river incorporating suburbs from Perth airport to Bentley and from Burswood to Maddington.
