Our O’Connor facility has an NLA (nett lettable area) of 6,261m2, comprising of an undercover loading area leading into a ground floor and 3 upper levels serviced by modern commercial lifts.
This facility has six stages of security for customer peace of mind, including CCTV and individually alarmed units.
KeepSafe O’Connor opened in May 2015 and had exceeded 85% occupancy within 4 years.
This facility is located on Leach Highway and services the areas South of the river incorporating suburbs from Applecross to Fremantle and from Myaree to Cockburn.
