Our Joondalup facility has a NLA (net lettable area) of 9,213m2 comprising of a drive through undercover loading area, offering a combination of drive up units, internal ground floor units and 4 upper levels serviced by 3 modern commercial lifts.
This facility has six stages of security for customer peace of mind, including CCTV and individually alarmed units. The range of unit sizes, the facility fit out, design and technology all contribute to catering for all customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
This facility is conveniently located near the Mitchell Freeway in Joondalup and services the areas in and around the Northern Suburbs of Perth, from Craige to the south up to Ridgewood in the North, including areas between Iluka on the coast and Ashby to the east.
