Our Belmont facility has a NLA (net lettable area) of 8,850m2 comprising of a drive through undercover loading area, offering a combination of drive up units, internal ground floor units and 5 upper levels serviced by 3 modern commercial lifts.
This facility has six stages of security for customer peace of mind, including CCTV and individually alarmed units. The range of unit sizes, the facility fit out, design and technology all contribute to catering for all customer needs aiming to exceed their expectations.
This facility is conveniently located with easy access from the Great Eastern Highway, which has an unusually high traffic rate and is in close proximity to Perth Airport. This facility will service the areas of Belmont, Cloverdale, Kewdale, Lathlain, Carlisle Maylands and Perth Airport.
