Our Wangara facility has an NLA (nett lettable area) of 5,376m 2, comprising of a selection of drive-up units and internal ground floor units.
This facility has four stages of security for customer peace of mind, including CCTV and pin coded access.
KeepSafe Wangara was acquired in November 2019 and we immediately implemented an upgrade development of the facility, and subsequently managed to exceed 85% occupancy within 9 months.
This facility is strategically located just off Ocean Reef Road in Wangara and services areas from Duncraig to Landsdale and Joondalup to Girraween.
