Our Welshpool facility has an NLA (nett lettable area) of 8,166m2, comprising of a drive through undercover loading area, offering a combination of drive up units, internal ground floor units and 2 upper levels serviced by modern commercial lifts, and a large hardstand area for vehicle storage.
This facility has six stages of security for customer peace of mind, including CCTV and individually alarmed units.
KeepSafe Welshpool opened in April 2018 and has already exceeded 75% occupancy in 2 years.
This facility is located near the Leech Highway in Welshpool and services the areas from Perth CBD and South Perth to Maddington and Perth Airport to
Bentley.
